Raffaele Gerardi took care of the illustrations and the cover of the book “Tra L’Uro e La Bardana” by Professor Massimo Pandolfi. A text that embraces botany, Neolithic archaeology, our history, the knowledge of natural products in today’s cuisine and that of our Italic ancestors. Not a recipe book but a book about the variety of human eating behaviour.
